Sexual relationships should be positive and respectful.

If you are sexually active you also need 
to take responsibility to protect yourself against unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted 
infections. Sexual Health consults are free to all enrolled Totara Health patients aged 20 years of age and under.

If you need advice about sexual health, contraception or any concerns you may have, talk to your doctor or nurse they are here to help you make good choices. Appointments are confidential.
