Feel Good
One of the best ways to feel good about yourself is to find something that you enjoy doing, and is good for you.
Sometimes that can be difficult, especially if you don't know what you enjoy doing or you're not getting the support you need to find out. It might take trying a few different things to discover something you are really passionate about.
A sport is a great way to start as there are lots of options from dance, yoga, swimming and tennis, to boxing, martial arts and rugby. Getting fit gives you many more benefits apart from learning something new. It teaches you discipline, focus and gives you the opportunity to meet like-minded people who have similar interests to you.
Excercise releases endorphins, chemicals in our brain that trigger a positive feeling in the body and make us feel good. A great way to help yourself feel better if your feeling low, is not lie around on your bed or the couch, but get moving! If you excercise regularly your body will love you for it and reward you by making you look and feel great.
There are some really great places you can go to give things a try. Stepping out of your comfort zone can be one of the best things you can do to open up your life and your mind. Don't let fear or lack of motivation stop you, push yourself and go for it!
