Repeat Prescriptions 

Regular or repeat prescriptions may be ordered by phoning our customer services team on 0800 222 757 or sending a message via Manage My Health. Please have your list of medications ready to enable our receptionists to order your repeat prescription.  

If it has been some time since you have seen your Doctor or Nurse, you may be asked to make an appointment before a prescription is signed off by your Doctor.

Please ensure you order your prescription well before you run out of medication. We recommend checking your medication and ordering  your prescription 48 hours before a public holiday or if you are going away.

An urgent repeat script is $25.00 and will be available 24 hours after the request is made.  

Standard repeat scripts are $19.50 and will be available 48 hours after the request is made.

For your convenience, your prescription will be sent directly to your pharmacy of choice.  

Weekends

You cannot order a prescription over the weekend. If you do not have enough medication to last until Monday, a Nurse will make a decision on whether the prescription is urgent and if it needs to be processed over the weekend.
