Consultations

Doctor consults (up to 15 minutes)

  • 0 to 24 years are FREE for consultations only
  • 25 years and older are $19.50

Nurse consults

  • 0 to 24 years are FREE for consultations only
  • 25 years and older are $19.50

ACC

Doctors ACC Consults

  • 0 to 24 years are FREE (no surcharge)
  • 25 years and older are $19.50

Nurse ACC consults

  • 0 to 24 years are FREE (no surcharge)
  • 25 years and older are $19.50

Sexual Health Consults

FREE for patients aged 20 years of age and under. Standard consult charges apply for patients over 20 years of age.

  • Smear tests are $30
  • Your smear test may be free if certain criteria are met. Please contact a member of our customer services team or speak to a nurse for more information.

Contraception

  • IUD - $120 or free for 20 years of age and under
  • Depo - $19.50 or free for 20 years of age and under
  • Jadelle - $120 or free for 20 years of age and under
  • Mirena -  $120 + insertion and removal fees.  Some funding may be available for Women with severe menstrual bleeding.  Please speak to a nurse for more information

Medical assessments

  • Drivers license medical $85
  • Diving medical $70
  • Insurance medical $270
  • Pre employment medical $110

Other Costs

  • Drug testing kit $35 (not to be used for a pre employment or evidential drugs tests)
  • ECG  $40
  • Stop smoking clinic $19.50 with a nurse
  • Failure to keep appointment : $19.50 
  • Travel consults and vaccines are $25 for a travel consult. Individual charges apply depending on the countries you are visiting and vaccines required.

(Whenever you are unable to make an appointment, please call us within 30 minutes of your appointment time on our free call number 0800222757 otherwise you will be charged. This way we can offer your appointment time to someone else who needs it)

Prescriptions

An urgent repeat script is $25.00, and will be available 24 hours after the request is made, on weekdays only.

A standard repeat script is $19.50 and will be available 48 hours after the request is made, on weekdays only. 

Automatic Payments

You can arrange to set up an automatic payment to pay for health services at Totara Health.  Please talk to a member of our Customer Services team for more information.
