What do I need to bring with me to enrol?

If you were born in NZ: Please bring a copy of your birth certificate or photo ID (ie driver’s license, passport). If you are unable to bring this with you, please talk to our receptionist as we may still be able to enrol you.
Can I see a Doctor straight away when I enrol?
If you need to see a doctor before we have confirmed your enrolment an appointment may be made in our urgent clinic for urgent medical needs only. Please phone to make an appointment on 873 0101
If you have been enrolled with another Doctor, we will request your notes from them. Once your notes have arrived we will contact you to welcome you to the practice and confirm your enrolment with Totara Health. You can then make an appointment to see your regular doctor or nurse.
